Photo tips for a perfect print
Do: use a bright, sharp photo where the face or subject fills most of the frame. Phone camera originals work best.
Avoid: dark or blurry shots, tiny faces in group photos, and screenshots of screenshots. If it looks fuzzy on your phone, it'll look fuzzy on your freshener.

Delivery
Every freshener is printed, scented and quality-checked within 2–5 working days, then posted with free tracked delivery, wherever you are. In the UK you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout. You'll get a tracking link by email once it's on its way.
Returns on personalised items
Because each freshener is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If yours arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. Full details on our refund policy.
What we can't print
We won't print nudity or sexual content; hate symbols, violence, or anything offensive, discriminatory or illegal; or photos of children who aren't yours without a parent's permission. If an upload breaks these rules, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full. More on our upload guidelines.
