1. About us
This website is operated by Sniff Snap, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products
We sell personalised car air fresheners printed with photos supplied by customers. Each item is made to order. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed product, and the final print depends on the quality of the photo you upload.

3. Your photos
When you upload a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it doesn’t break any law. You are responsible for the photos you upload. We won’t print nudity or sexual content; hate symbols, violence, or anything offensive, discriminatory or illegal; or photos of children who aren’t yours without a parent’s permission. We may cancel and refund any order that breaks these rules. We use your photo only to produce and deliver your order.

4. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or the order breaks these terms. If we cancel, you’ll get a full refund.

5. Production and delivery
Each air freshener is printed, scented and quality-checked within 2–5 working days, then shipped with tracking. Delivery is free on every order. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers or customs. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Cancellations and returns
Because every item is personalised, you can’t cancel or return it for change of mind once production has started. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or isn’t what you ordered, please see our Refund Policy.

7. Use of the product
Hang the air freshener where it won’t block your view of the road. Keep it off dashboards and leather or plastic surfaces, as fragrance oils can mark them. Keep it away from children and pets, and don’t eat it.

8. Our liability
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We’re not responsible for loss that isn’t foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

9. Website content
The design, text and graphics on this website belong to Sniff Snap and may not be copied without permission. Your uploaded photos remain yours.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also keep any mandatory protections of the law where you live.
