What photo works best?
A bright, sharp photo where the face or subject fills most of the frame. Original phone photos work best. Avoid dark, blurry shots, tiny faces in group photos and screenshots of screenshots.
Can I mix photos and scents in a 3-pack?
Yes. Each freshener in a 3-pack gets its own photo, scent and crop. Or tick the box to use one photo on all three.
What are the crop styles?
Background removed cuts around your subject so the freshener is shaped like them. Head only keeps just the face. With background uses your full photo.
Can I see my photo before you print?
You'll see your photo in the uploader and in your cart before you check out. If something doesn't look right, swap the photo before ordering.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Free, on every order, worldwide. In the UK you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout if you're in a hurry.
How long will it take?
Every freshener is printed, scented and quality-checked within 2–5 working days, then posted with tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email once it's on its way.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes in the destination country.

What's it made of?
Absorbent, eco-friendly, non-toxic paper, printed on both sides and infused with your chosen scent.
How do I make the scent last?
Like any hanging air freshener, the scent fades over time. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heater vents to make it last longer.
Where should I hang it?
Hang it where it won't block your view of the road, and keep it off dashboards and leather or plastic surfaces, as fragrance oils can mark them.
Returns
Can I return a personalised freshener?
Because each one is made just for you, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If yours arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
