Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship worldwide, and delivery is free on every order. In the UK, Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available as a paid upgrade at checkout.

Production and dispatch. Every air freshener is printed to order from your photo, then posted with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Customs and duties. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or late parcels. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 working days or your parcel hasn't arrived, email support@sniffsnap.shop with your order number. We'll investigate and replace or refund where a parcel is lost.
