Shipping
Delivery is free on every order, worldwide. Every Sniff Snap is printed, scented and quality-checked within 2–5 working days, then posted with tracking. In the UK you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes in the destination country.
Returns on personalised items
Because every freshener is made to your own design, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
If something's wrong
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email luca.graphics13@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. Please let us know within 14 days of delivery so we can sort it quickly. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Photo quality
We print the photo you upload. Blurry, dark or low-resolution photos will look the same when printed, and aren't covered as a fault.
