Getting a great print
- Use a bright, sharp photo. Original phone photos work best.
- Make the face or subject fill most of the frame.
- Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and very dark images.
- For "Background removed", pick a photo where your subject stands out clearly from the background.
What we can't print
We won't print:
- Nudity or sexual content
- Hate symbols, violence, or anything offensive, discriminatory or illegal
- Photos of children who aren't yours without a parent's permission
If an upload breaks these rules, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
